- Gain insights on key pain points, user needs, and goals of target customers.
- Understand how Clocky's target customer has changed since Covid-19 and create a user experience that reflects it.
- Based on Usability Testing, the redesign was successful in incorporating content including customer reviews, adding their social media presence, and features of the product itself.
- According to the volunteers, adding select infographics would help them trust the company more and make them feel more comfortable buying the product.
- Incorporating the reviews and about us section was also helpful to volunteers who believed without it would not feel confident in the quality of the product.
- The autoplayed video on the page was not successful since volunteers found it was difficult to see the product in action. Volunteers however did believe including a video of the product was necessary in order to get a better understanding how it worked.
